Off-Site Monitoring Surveillance gains its position in the security industry as one of the most advanced video monitoring facilities in South Africa due to its core focus which is based on Customer Service.
The main focus point of this division is the Off-Site Monitoring capabilities and for this we have purpose built a Control Room as per site specific standards.
The Control Room will incorporate various combinations of the latest most technically advanced and integrated monitoring equipment available to the industry.
OMS can now remotely take control of your entire site.
Our monitoring service includes:
- Continuous or Alarm driven Video monitoring
- Instantanious Bi-directional communication between Our Control room and your site – VOIP
- Control of access points ie: Vehicle motorised gates, vehicle barriers and Access doors
- Activation and de-activation of lights, alarm systems, pepper or smoke cannons
- Monitoring and control of the on-site security officers
- Connection via: ISDN, ADSL, DIGINET, Satellite, 3G, Neotel, I-Burst, or Wi-Fi
2. OMS Residential
OMS Residential is a dedicated area within our Control Room specialising in monitoring of Residential homes or Estates, whilst you are at work or away.
It is now possible to directly converse with the OMS Control Room and have us monitor your premises before you or your loved ones arrive home.
3. Existing CCTV Systems
Existing CCTV systems can now be recommissioned via our transmission unit and re-routed back to OMS Control Room.
Remote control of any CCTV system is possible from an entry level analogue camera system with only a few cameras to large IP CCTV systems located country wide.
4. OMS Provides
- Dual technology for permanent connectivity (usually a primary ADSL link and wireless secondary link)
- Management, documenting and recording of all activity on clients’ sites from our own facility
- Audited reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis of all information required
- Excellent training of surveillance operators with a training operator on every shift
