Platinum Risk Solutions developed our Site Quality Audit programme to ensure that our existing client base receives the efficient and enhanced level of service they have been promised.
Our audit is comprehensive and generally carried out on a random basis (regardless of the size and value of the contract). On occasions, senior management will also request a specific site audit.
Our audit checks that the manpower assigned to the site is professional and effective, in both appearance and number. We will also follow up on site documentation and equipment, visits by our site managers and on-site training etc.
Once the audit is concluded, we draw up and action plan and we submit the follow-up programme to the responsible Operation Manager.
Platinum Risk Solutions will always conduct follow up audits on a regular basis to ensure that the required service level is maintained.
